Dear Ms. Brown:
In February of this year we closed on a property located in Soddy Daisy. Our GMAC agent on this sale was Bruce Lansford and the person who arranged our mortgage was Rhonda Atkins. We can´t say enough good things about these individuals and we thought you should know how pleased we were with the high degree of professionalism and client service exhibited by both Mr. Lansford and Ms. Atkins.
Bruce patiently showed us a number of properties, some of which required scaling mountains in his truck on roads that would have been daunting to a mountain goat. Bruce helped my husband and I find and buy the property we needed to fulfill my life long dream of having my own boarding farm. We had tried looking on our own and kept running into agents that didn´t have the time for us if we didn´t already have the money in the bank so to speak. He was very fare and patient. He had connections that were able to get us financed for our farm when my husband didn´t think we would qualify. Bruce´s knowledge and love of horses makes him the perfect realtor to find horse related properties in the Chattanooga and surrounding areas. His background of being a farrier enables him to be familiar with all the farms as well. He was always polite and helpful. I always recommend him to any one that is looking for a new home especially if they are into horses. If it weren´t for Bruce, I don´t think that we would be living my dream.
